STUDI DOKUMENTASI KONSTRUKSI MATERIAL BAMBU OLEH MASYARAKAT LOKAL DESA JENGGER, PURWOSARI, MALANG

Abstract

Villagers in different parts of Indonesia have their own way when they struggle with construction issues to produce a variety of buildings around them. Jengger village in Malang, where the majority of the population is coffee farmers, they also have their own ways in arranging the construction of the buildings they have established in their area. The construction documentation undertaken in the village aims to look at the possibilities of construction that can be developed into new construction forms, unique constructions for bamboo materials widely used in the village. The steps taken in this documentation are the sincerity to see genuine applications from local community thinking that can solve building problems in the Jengger village area, so this kind of cultivation can be captured as a form of local wisdom.
