PERAN KREATIFITAS KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP EFISIENSI KERJA
Studi Pada Karyawan Swasta di Kota Denpasar

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan peran kreatifitas kerja memediasi pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap efisiensi kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta yang sudah menggunakan sosial media di di Kota Denpasar. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap efisiensi kerja karywan swasta di Kota Denpasar. Oleh karena itu penting bagi manajer perusahaan swasta yang ada di Kota Denpasar cukup fokus memperhatikan penggunaan media sosial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja karyawannya.
