Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menafsirkan dan mengevaluasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya pada Manajemen Politeknik LP3I Jakarta melalui deskripsi pengaruh kepemimpinan, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan pengembangan diri terhadap keterikatan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 110 orang menggunakan teknik accidental random sampling. Sampel penelitian yang dimaksud merupakan Dosen di lingkungan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan: (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja; (2) Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif langsung terhadap keterikatan kerja; (3) Pengembangan diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja; (4) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengembangan diri; (5) Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengembangan diri; (6) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja; (7) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja melalui mediasi pengembangan diri; (8) Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keterikatan kerja melalui mediasi pengembangan diri; (9) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengembangan diri melalui mediasi kualitas kehidupan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keterikatan kerja Dosen Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dapat ditentukan dengan bangaimana tingkat kepemimpinan, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan pengembangan diri. Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada Pimpinan & Manajemen Politeknik LP3I untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan khususnya pada kepala program studi, meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja dosen serta memberikan ruang yang lebih luas untuk dosen melakukan pengembangan diri, sehingga Dosen di lingkungan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta memiliki keterikatan kerja yang lebih kuat dalam rangka menjalankan tugasnya untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mencetak sumber daya manusia yang siap memasuki era profesi.
